Available in three lengths to meet your needs, the heavy-duty weed barrier landscape fabric from Howell Pathways is built to keep natural grass and weeds from penetrating the material. Since it’s UV resistant, it also keeps sunlight out, preventing photosynthesis, and thus weed growth.  This eco-friendly alternative to lawn and weed killer chemicals is a safe way to have the yard you’ve always dreamed of. Order yours from Howell Pathways today.

Prepare the area by removing existing weeds, grass, roots, and debris, then level the soil or base material. Roll the weed barrier over the prepared surface and cut to fit your project area.

Secure the fabric in place with weed barrier or sod staples, paying particular attention to edges, seams, and areas where the material has been cut. When joining multiple pieces, overlap the fabric to help prevent gaps where weeds may emerge.

Once secured, cover the weed barrier with your selected landscape material, such as mulch, stone, or aggregate.
